ProSearch are a group of experienced executive search, Interim and permanent recruitment specialists, with expertise in procurement, supply chain, transformation and change management consulting.  

Our expertise spans a wide range of sectors across private, public and regulated markets, delivering recruitment solutions which help our clients to achieve sustainable cost savings and procurement efficiencies, or to reduce risk in their supply chains. We also work closely with private equity clients, supporting their portfolio businesses, providing short-term expertise to SME’s and mid-cap management teams. 

ProSearch is an independently owned consultancy which originally grew out of a leading global procurement management consulting group, delivering cost reduction programs and transformation projects. 

We have a proven background in supporting clients with ‘difficult to fill’ permanent roles and business challenges when short-term Interim expertise is needed.
